Terms of Service

Effective 11 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181), Shailer Park, Queensland, Australia ("we", "us"). They apply to your use of Nexus Agent (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Nexus Agent is an AI agent. You give it a goal in plain language and it uses tools such as web search, page reading, public API calls, data tools and code writing to produce a result. The Service is provided online and may change over time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
Give accurate details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
One person per account. Do not share or resell access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
create malware, run attacks, or probe other people's systems;
harass, defame, deceive or harm others, or create unlawful or sexually explicit content involving minors;
scrape or overload third-party sites, or try to bypass the Service's limits or security;
generate spam or mass unsolicited messages.

We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms or that put the Service or others at risk. Automated systems, including AI, may help us detect and act on abuse. You can ask the owner to review any suspension by contacting [email protected].

4. Plans, prices and payment

The Trial plan is free with a daily usage limit. Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page, in Australian dollars. Prices include GST where applicable.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Fair use applies to daily run limits.

5. AI output

The Service uses artificial intelligence. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking it before relying on it. See the Disclaimer and AI Use Notice.

6. Your content and our property

You keep ownership of what you submit ("your content") and, as between you and us, of the output generated for you. You give us a limited licence to process your content to run the Service, keep it secure and improve reliability.
The Service itself, including software, design, text, logos and branding, belongs to Aussi-Nexus Group and is protected by copyright and other laws. See the Copyright Notice.
You are responsible for making sure your content and your use of the output do not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or change or discontinue features.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 9:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity, or for loss caused by relying on AI output;
our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Service or to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service to you for breach of these Terms or for legal or security reasons. Sections that by nature should continue (ownership, liability, governing law) survive ending.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: [email protected].
