The Nexus Agent name, logo, website, software, text, graphics and design are owned by Aussi-Nexus Group or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from them except as the law permits or with our written permission.

Your content and output

You keep the rights you have in the content you submit. Output generated for you may not be protected by copyright in every case, because the law on AI-generated material is still developing. You are responsible for making sure your use of the output does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Third-party material

Names, trade marks and content from other organisations that appear in the Service belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your contact details, a description of your work, where the material appears, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We will review it promptly and may remove the material and notify the person who submitted it.
