Refunds and Cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. To cancel, use the link in your Stripe receipt email or contact us at [email protected].

Refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: if the Service has a major failure you are entitled to a refund or replacement, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing here limits those rights.
Our goodwill policy: if you are not happy within 7 days of your first Pro payment, email us and we will refund that first payment. This is in addition to your legal rights.
Otherwise, payments for a period already used are not refundable.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason. Refund requests are reviewed personally by the owner and answered within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

Free trial

The Trial plan is free and has no refund because nothing is charged.
