You are dealing with AI

Nexus Agent is powered by artificial intelligence. When you give it a goal, an AI model decides which tools to use and writes the result. Our customer support is also answered by AI first.

What the AI can and cannot do for you

It can search the web, read public pages, call public APIs, process pasted data and write code.
It cannot access your accounts, files or devices, and it never sends emails or messages for you.

How AI helps us run the Service

AI assists with answering support questions, spotting unusual usage and producing health and usage summaries for the owner. Its authority is limited: it cannot delete data, issue refunds or charge money. Anything involving refunds, privacy, legal matters, account disputes or safety is passed to the owner, a real person, for the decision. If an automated action affects your account, such as a suspension, you can ask for a human review at [email protected].

Your data and AI

The text of your goals, and web content fetched for them, is sent to an AI model provider to generate your result. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, health records or other highly sensitive personal information. See the Privacy Policy.
